I used to spend a lot of time comparing myself to others. I'd be jealous of other women's bodies, jobs, homes, incomes..and now..I can honestly say I've moved past that. BUT...what I still sometimes struggle with (and know a lot of us do) is comparing myself to my past self. Do you ever think, “But I used to be so _____” (fit/strong/thin)? I have! In fact I still do sometimes. It leads me to feel disappointed about where I’m currently at.
