I use to be super extreme with my nutrition. I'd go through phases where I was very restrictive and I'd find meal plans with random calories to follow. I'd pick one for 1500 calories, an ambiguous number, try to follow it for a couple days and give up. I constantly felt like I wasn't successful because I needed to be more disciplined or more extreme. If you're struggling, listen to this!
