As a nutrition coach, a lot of my clients struggle with losing weight. Through our chats and check ins a lot of them come to realize they often eat out of habit, boredom or stress. This undoubtedly makes it a lot harder to make and maintain their progress which is why I ask a lot of them to create their own hunger charts to use as a check in before eating. It isn't about restricting food, but instead making sure that when you are reaching for food it's out of hunger and not habit or boredom.
