Counting calories and tracking macros isn't for everyone! Especially, if you've struggled with disordered eating or are trying to heal your relationship with food. While I do think tracking can be helpful for a lot of people, I don't think it's something that's sustainable forever. I personally use the knowledge I have from tracking every day to make informed decisions about my eating. But I also use strategies like above to help me maintain my weight and include foods I love regularly.
